Dog Training Resources
Enter "dog trainer" into Google and you'll encounter a
mountain of resources. Mostly these are the websites of commercial
organizations, some of which have gone to considerable trouble to provide a
lot of data.
On this site's Certified Dog Trainers
page I have already mentioned the
Association of Pet Dog Trainers and the Certification
Council for Pet Dog Trainers. These are two excellent websites. Here are

American Dog Trainers Network
is a most comprehensive site, featuring its own page of resources and a
considerable amount of detail on dog training.
Animal Behavior College
is a private vocational school offering a home study program. Its website
contains a lot of career information.
The Puppy Place is a resource for
