Philips
Norelco 7110X Cordless Rechargeable Shaver
The 7110X is
one of Philips Norelco's low-cost cordless shavers. You can read some
details at the
company website.
However, the best guidance is probably at the Amazon.com com website, with an extensive product description and a large
comparison table of the various Philips Norelco models.
According to the product description:
* Precision Cutting System – Ultra thin heads with slots to shave
long hairs and holes to shave the shortest stubble.
* Patented Reflex Action System – Automatically adjusts to every
curve on your face for flexible, smoother shaving.
* Individually Floating Heads – Align the razor-sharp blades closer
to your skin for exceptional closeness.
* Superior Lift & Cut Technology – Dual blade system lifts hair to
cut comfortably below skin level. Stainless steel blades for comfortably
close shaves.
* Simply Rinses Clean – Quick and easy!
* Power System – Rechargeable Cordless for use anywhere. Power LED
Charging and Battery Low Indicators. 8-Hour Full Charge for up to 25 minutes
or 8 days of cordless shaving.
I have not been able to find online any independent, objective reviews of
the 7110X. However, sales sites like Amazon.com carry very useful consumer
reviews. These often provide extremely practical guidance.
Here are excerpts from a couple of Amazon.com reviews:
* The shave is smooth and removes all of my beard growth daily. I am very
satisfied with the product. I am also pleased with it's quietness and the
fact that a full recharge only requires 8 hours. My old Norelco required a
24 hour recharge, but it was a very old model for which I bought replacement
batteries three times in its lifetime.
* Good shaver but I found out that I prefer a blade. Only negative is that I
don't like the battery, you have to charge it for 8 hours at a time and
can't leave it plugged in all the time. Other than that it does a very nice
job.
