Following on from the success of the Mangroomer Do-It-Yourself Electric Back Hair Shaver comes the same company's Private Body Shaver. You can read more at the official corporate website.

Here is a product description:

I have not been able to find online any independent, objective reviews of the shaver. However, sales sites like Amazon.com carry very useful consumer reviews. These often provide extremely practical guidance.

Amazon.com has more than a dozen reviews for the Mangroomer, most (though not all) very favorable. Here is an excerpt from one:

Good product if you are looking to shave your entire body. I have extremely coarse hair and this did the job well but took several passes and different angle to get everything trimmed even.

Charging life seems to be very good and I have already had 2 complete full body sessions and still have not recharged.

Nice feature for the shaver is being able to clean it under the faucet.

And another:

Watched the Olympics and knew I wanted to do some touching up. This really is a great groomer and comfortable to use. The trick is to move the groomer slowly over the areas to be trimmed. If you groom too fast, you won't get a close shave and will pull at some of the hairs. Also, since body hair grows in different directions, you may have to maneuver the groomer in different directions to achieve the perfect trim.

And a review that is less than positive:

I read the other reviews before purchasing. I don't know what these guys are talking about. when i tell you this thing is worthless, believe it. The 5 adjustments it came with are just the one plastic head that extends a bit on little plastic teeth. it promptly changes when you press the shaver against your body. I literally tried shaving my hairy leg at the lowest setting and not one hair was cut.
